we
receive food, oxygen and sunlight from the environment,
transform it within our bodies into energy. it might seem
that no-one has to learn how to breath but it can be quite
an artform to gain control over it. to set the pace and
rhythm to inhale and exhale consciously is quite a sensation.
try to shift the focus of first from your mouth and nose
to your throath and then to your abdomen. inhale deeply
- now you can feel how the body
opens and takes the oxygen in and closes to let the carbon
dioxide out. as we work together our rhythm become the
same. isn't it breath taking? |
